Our Impact
PHP has helped over 1500 families with food, comfort and supplies.
People Helping People of Palatine was founded in 2020 and has made a huge impact to Palatine and surrounding communities. PHP was created to assist those in need. Our impact includes but is not limited to; meal preparation and delivery for our area seniors, low income individual and the homeless. PHP also works closely with our area school social worker teams on special projects and needs for their students. WINGS, POC, Little Sisters of the Poor, Neighbors in Need, and more have benefited from our efforts, and we will continue to do our best to help these and other groups through our mission.
Look at what WINGS ELVES HOLIDAY project 2023 has accomplished- over 200 items collected and gifts for the kids at WINGS As well as MOM pampering kits! A job well done!
How does PHP help?
Here are just a few examples of what we do each and every day at PHP. We see a need in the community and we fill it. WINGS asked if we could make birthday boxes, and we did. We hold coat drives, and comfort closet drives for our local D15 and D211 schools. We fill a Uhaul truck with items when our local community is impacted by fire. People Helping People of Palatine is committed to helping our community. Just this November, 2023, we received over 200 items to gift in our WINGS ELVES Holiday project.
